We read it and reply
Within 24 hours, from the person who will design the journey. Usually with a question or two of our own.

You get a written outline
Places, nights, where you sleep, and what it costs. On paper, so you can compare it against anything else you are considering.

We change it until it is right
As many rounds as it takes. Nothing is charged, and nothing is held, until the plan is one you actually want.

On timing. For travel between December and March, or over the April new year, we would normally be planning six to nine months ahead — the small properties are the first to go and there are not many rooms in them. Outside those months there is a lot more room to move, and a few weeks is often enough.

Our published journeys start at US$3,695 per person, and most of what we design never appears on the site at all. If you would rather work it out in conversation, say so in the notes and we will start there instead.
